"Terrible customer service - you ask for extra salsa or cheese, and they give you LESS! Portions have shrunk the past couple years."

"I am extremely gluten sensitive, and this was by far the best Chipotle I have ever been to. Raven took extreme care, washing hands and changing gloves, using clean serving utensils, and getting toppings from unopened containers. She could absolutely train people on managing cross contamination in restaurants. She was outstanding!!!!"

"Been awhile since I went to Chipotle, and I was leery of this one because of the pretty bad reviews. Looking through them it seems like service is inconsistent, and a lot of people have issues with Uber and other online services. But it was handy for me today, so I took a chance, and visited in person. \n\nThere's a pretty big parking lot shared with First Watch. There were a few spaces open at 130 on a Friday. Otherwise, you are stuck trying to find a place in German Village, and good luck. \n\nThere was a steady stream of customers, but the line was moving pretty quickly. Service was professional and fast. The ingredients were all spread out and were fresh. In a few minutes I had my food. There was a small mistake, and they quickly and graciously fixed it.\n\nI don't think I ever noticed before that they had tacos, maybe they've always had them, but I decided to go for those instead of a standard burrito. I got the carne asada, which is apparently seasonal, plus black beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato salsa, and corn salsa. The tacos hold together fairly well, although they are definitely messier than a burrito. An extra tortilla might be nice to scoop all the leftovers into. And they were pretty darn good. The steak was good, the other fillings were fresh. I also got a side of chips and guac, and the guac was very fresh and tasty, with some onions mixed in.\n\nI also got a side of chimichurri, which is again a seasonal thing. Maybe they're using a bigger cup at the store than in the ad and on the menu, but the serving size was pathetic. I would blame false advertising more than the staff. The sauce itself was pretty darn good. I put it on the chips and on the tacos. \n\nAn assortment of fountain drinks and aguas frescas, etc. The place is pretty big, and clean. This was honestly one of the best meals I've ever had at a Chipotle, and, you know, that's on a curve. There was a time when I ate Chipotle a lot, and then I avoided them after they had some issues and I had some bad service experiences. But this was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely be back. I'll see if the experience is spotty and inconsistent. The price is reasonable for what you get. Far exceeded my expectations."

"Worst service ever. Lack of employees and lazy attitudes made the line long as (profanity removed) and I didn't even get full portions. This place can go to hell. Not even lying. Line is damn near out the door and they got employees just chilling in the back. Like get your ass on in the kitchen and make my bowl. Manager needs to be fired and workers need to be retaught how to work. Worst chipotle ever."
