Congratulations to Washington's newly commissioned Field Artillery officer Mikhail Kamila. Kamila pinned on the rank of 2nd Lt. during the University of Washington Reserve Officers' Training Corps graduation on June 11, 2021, at Joint Base Lewis McChord.
